Nice hotel very clean everything was above our expectations. The elevator is old but is clean and works perfectly. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly 😁. It's a very very nice place for affordable price .

Highly recommended! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. The hotel was clean, cozy, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. It’s located close to the sea and also near the mountains – perfect for nature lovers! The air is fresh and the environment is peaceful. There's a small elevator, which was convenient. I will definitely come back again!

Great location, just opposite the sea. Kind staff, well equiped room with refrigerator, kettle, hair drier. Loveliest part was balcony with sea view and chairs and table on it.

We loved everything at Hotel Otsneba. Great quality for the price. The staff from this hotel are awesome people, kind and eager to resolve all clients ' wishes. We had a free transfer from the Batumi airport, which we appreciated very much. The beds are very comfortable. Great location, just across the street from the beautiful promenade and beach. Miss Nona is a remarkable woman who runs gracefully this hotel. We ate all meals at the restaurant of the hotel .The food is very tasty and at very affordable prices. I'll post few photos with their menu and prices in July 2024.

I liked the balconies and the bathroom. The room was spacious and clean.

Property is well located, staff is very nice, it’s clean, a bit old facilities and a mattress can be more comfortable but for the price it’s a perfect offer.

Hotel Otsneba is located away from the main (busy) road, making he location more quiet. The room is spacious, the bathroom convenient with a shower-cabin. Daily cleaning of the room is provided.

The location is great, we had a view of sea, we could get to the beach in 3-4 minutes.

Very clean and well equipped. large room with large balcony. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very near to the ocean and with the current construction will be a very sought after place. small and intimate. A ver nice restaurant next door and a little supermarket a few meters away.

“Amazing place”

This is an amazing place! the room was spacious and very clean, a great view from the window on the mountains, also you can see the beautiful eucalyptus trees and hear the birds singing all day. The room was cleaned every day. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach, shop, cafe. We really fell in love with this place!!!
