A very cozy place just three minutes from the sea, with its own spacious parking (which is incredibly important here, since the closer you get to the beach, the harder it is to drive and find a spot). The rooms are neat, comfortable, and welcoming. There’s also a well-kept, spotless kitchen for cooking, and a lovely outdoor area where you can have meals or relax with friends. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, but since the building is right by the main road, it can get noisy at night (keep that in mind if you prefer sleeping with the windows open). And of course, a special thanks goes to the warm and attentive Maguli, who was always ready to help with anything. She even kept our friends’ forgotten belongings safe until we could pick them up and pass them along.

Everything was great! I stayed for one night and was very impressed — the hotel is clean, cozy, and stylish. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Very quiet place, cozy and clean house, friendly and responsive hosts. Every minute in this place was peaceful and pleasant. Hardly recommend for everyone who likes calm places and and who values cleanliness and comfort 🤍

The owners were very kind people. The guest house is very basic but clean and everything is working. The owners were very helpful. The garden was beautiful. They have a very cute dog - Emi. She was lovely and she likes cuddling.

“Decent and budget choice in beautiful Kvariati”
The staff was super friendly. I want to thank the hosts, as well as Georgia, for making our stay truly magical. The property is located close enough to the sea. In our opinion, Kvariati provides the best views thanks to the nearby hills
