“Fix your showers and Zura Palace will be wonderful”
People tried their best to understand what we were asking for and helped us. The food was good and reasonable. There’s a free shuttle down to the beach and back. They have a common kitchen and washing machine for guests. They do their best to keep the place clean.

I recently stayed at Zurapalace and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The staff was absolutely brilliant—extremely attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, especially since I was traveling alone and feeling unwell. Their genuine care and kindness made a world of difference. The location itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that truly set the hotel apart. Waking up to such scenery was a treat, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful hospitality, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable and comforting stay!

“We’ve been to this place couple of times now but we’re never going back.”
The only thing I honestly liked about this place was the view and one of the owners- Elsa. My son had an enterovirus for the first two days. She came to us early morning with medicine, thermometer and was of huge help.

The room was quite nice, it had everithing that I expected. Per your request they clean your room once in 2 days. The hotel is quite far from the sea so they have minibus transport that helps you to go to the sea an back to the hotel. The swimming pool was also clean and they had one smaller swimming pool for kids. The view and the nature was just mesmerazing. I do recomend this hotel

The hotel is situated on the high hill, so it has a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Also, it has a free shuttle to the beach for the guests. The staff is very obliging and helpful with any questions. We liked the restaurant menu, so many georgian delicious dishes. We liked the live music and typical georgian dance there as well.

The hotel is on mointains, so if tou have a car its pretry difficult to get here. But the view from hotel was amazing. There is a bus that drives you to the beach everytime you want, by call. There is a cafe with very good and tasty local (not only) food. Staff was polite and everything was clean.
