It is not about the property. i have an issue with booking.com i have clearly booked that i will be visiting with my spouse and "2" kids. however, the booking was made in the hotel for only one kid then i have to pay extra 4,400 yen to get the room

The staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The breakfast served is also quite good. A great place to stay!

Close to Kuwana station, location is good for going to Suzuka GP. Staff are also very nice

The hotel's location is convenient, which is right across the train station. The rooms may be small, but it was clean and comfortable. They also have a pillow bar where you can get different types of pillows aside from the ones already in your room. The free breakfast was very good too. It was great value for money, especially when the room rate is so cheap. Highly recommend!!

Location is perfect if taking the train or bus to get around. There are shops around as well as attractions that are within a 20-minute walk (Rokkaen and Kyuka Park). The room is compact with the bed facing the window. There are no curtains but rather there are sliding panes. The bed and linens are clean and comfortable. One can request for a different pillow profile. Staff are very helpful and kind. Took their time to explain where everything is at. The hotel allows for bags to be stored before check-in and after check-out times. Breakfast was good and filling.

Good location right near train station. Cosy and dated but had all the facilities we needed. Small room typical of many in Japan. Very varied and decent breakfast. Laundry facilities. Pillow bar! Friendly helpful staff. Decent for the price but it is what it is - won't ever be a fancy hotel.

The breakfast is a good selection of western and Japanese food which is a bonus and location is perfect too. There are different choices of pillows which was exceedd our expectation.

“Enough for Solo Travellers like Me”

- strategic location, it's close to Kuwana station - there are some amenities like cleansing oli, face wash, face lotion and teeth brush etc - kind staff - super clean room, even though the building looks old - simple procedure for check-in and chec-out

“Good for short stay only but had some useful conveniences”

Enjoyed the simple selection of Japanese and western food considering it is complimentary. The kitchen ladies were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated having pillow choices and an Amenities bar but was surprised that no shower caps were provided which is a standard item in most hotels. Liked the convenience of being able to leave used towels out in a bag for collection and replacement. Having a long length mirror in the room was helpful rather than relying on the small bathroom mirror. Location next to the Kuwana train station and bus interchange, which made it quicker to travel to Nagashima Spaland.

“Basic but great hotel with very friendly staff.”

I was looking for a place close to Nabana no Sato and it seemed to me that this hotel should be close enough. The staff are extremely helpful and even though some of them are not fluent in English, they were using apps to make sure that we can communicate and I can get all the necessary information. Breakfast buffet is also great for a hotel of this size.

“Great stay”

A convenient location for Nagashima Spaland. The bus stopped outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage for us. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

“Not good choice”

The hotel is just next to the Train station which is the reason one chooses this place to stay. The room is so tiny and tight for Two average adults to stay. One got to jump up the small double bed so to make way for the other to get to the bathroom. However, it is facilitated with a fridge, flat screen TV, working table , kettle and a fine bathroom. BTW, you have no control on the Air-conditioning. It is freezing cold 🥶 in the room at night. The breakfast is complementary. And so, do not expect much. The carport lots in the hotel is limited too. If you check in late, you got to ask the staff for instructions for parking.
