Location, Staff, and the view were all very good. The very positive thing that happened during my stay was cleaning the windows for the whole building so that guests could benefit from the lovely view of the hotel and the sea.

I recently stayed at a hotel after booking through Booking.com for two nights at a price of 170.433 KWD, which included the option for free cancellation. Before finalizing my reservation, I contacted the hotel and was informed that the price for two nights would be approximately 158 KWD. The reservations staff also mentioned that there was no free cancellation option available. Later, I received a message from an unknown number on WhatsApp, offering a price of 158 Dinars if I canceled my reservation. They informed me that I could cancel up to a day before arrival. I am unsure whether this communication was legitimate or spam, and I am concerned about potential privacy risks. My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The suite I stayed in was very nice, and I was provided with two extra beds for my children. However, the breakfast was quite modest, and I wouldn't recommend it given the abundance of dining options available outside. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, but the room itself was clean and tidy. On check-out day at 12 PM, I called the reception to request help with my bags, but I did not receive a response to my first call. After trying again, the staff informed me that they would send a bellboy; however, he took a long time to arrive. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I received a call while I was praying and couldn’t answer. Immediately after, I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel stating: "Good afternoon, We attempted to reach you at Suite xxxx, but there was no response. We would like to kindly confirm whether you wish to extend your stay or proceed with check-out, as the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We would be happy to assist you." I had previously requested assistance with my check-out, and the delay was not due to me. I hope the hotel management reviews their customer communication policies to improve this experience in the future.
