When i arrived -No staff in reception I waited for few minutes tell he came from rest room! No parking available!! The bus of the hotel parked in 2 parking and no staff to help or to move the cars / park the cars ! We waited to explain to him that we will keep our car key and he can move the care any time so will not block others but unfortunately he didn’t accept so we keep moving tell we find a park on the other side!! Not helpful at all

Interesting location in Downtown Kuwait City. Fantastic views from bedroom on 17th floor and from roof. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking adjacent to hotel.
