“Definitely not recommend”
The hotel room is in very poor condition. The curtains are taped to the walls, tiles in the bathroom are falling off and could come loose and injure someone while bathing. The carpets are burned in places, and the room was dirty.

“It’s ok”
The view it’s pretty beautiful I just was can’t stop looking at that huge city :) The breakfast is also nice, bathroom for me was cozy, I think there is was silk bedsheet or something like that I liked it I didn’t wanted wake up lol Absolutely will come again :)

“It wasn’t bad apart from the financial part”
I was upset since the first moment because they charged me more than what we agreed upon. The booking.com told me that the total fees for two nights is 170$, however they asked me to pay 200$ as the exchange rate of the KD in Kuwait is different from the UK!!!!!

Staff was very unprofessional and arrogant. AC wasn’t working, they never clean the room. Bathroom roof was covered with full of fungus, AC wasn’t working properly and remained extremely cold and uncontrollable. I booked the 4 rooms for myself and colleagues, all of them suffered the same fell sick badly.

Staff was very unprofessional and arrogant. AC wasn’t working, they never clean the room.
