“I would recommend this hotel to travellers! it is situated in Al Kout Mall which is quite practical.”
the staff was friendly and helpful. Ahmed, Mohammed and other guys were very professional. Breakfast was nice and catering team was very nice too. Rooms Manager Mr. Abdelmaksoud Awad and his team turned out to be as professional as Hyatt Regency team should be! I left my valuables in a room safe at the property - Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall team contacted me at once, which was really nice!

Excellent hotel as usual, with special thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff : Eslam as concierge and Magner. The location inside the shopping mall, with lots of restaurants and close to the sea walks is great, rooms are huge and modern and breakfast is gorgeous.
