“Hotel that exceeded my expectations”
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently, and I can only very warmly recommend it. True four-star standard, and the hotel is situated in very centre of Kuwait City, close to Liberation Tower. Check-in and -out was fast and efficient, and I was offered the chance to pay at the end of my stay, allowing me to use both spare cash and my credit card. I had a wonderful bedroom in the corner of the building with windows on two walls and good views. It was soundproof and well equipped, and even the modern bathroom was spacious. Top cleanliness and quality in everything. Breakfast was delicious, with half a dozen warm dishes, which changed from day to day, cold platter, salads, fruits, and different breads. The cooks, servers, and cleaners, mostly from Sri Lanka and India, were always interested in chatting, and one cook, who promised omelettes "like dynamite";-), was very funny. The efficiency and incredible politeness of the gentlemen at reception were also highly impressive; they helped me get a driver to the airport in the morning and made sure he would arrive well in time. This is a hotel I will keep in very good memory. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
