“A resort aimed a families with lots of activiites (all extra cost) set in grounds with lots of lake”

The staff were execellent. The room was spacious (though the building is large and our room was through many passages). Breakfast was good with excellent bread

Water pressure in the shower

The pool area was very clean, staff were friendly, and the hotel was in a nice location. The hut with the fire pit was lovely.

Stayed at the hotel for a night with my partner. Although a little bit outdated, the rooms were still cozy and comfortable. The hotel was clean and nice-looking, and had some comfortable common areas too. The spa was nice but quite crowded when we visited in mid-December. There were jacuzzis, a pool area, a water slide, a nice traditional sauna, steam sauna and a cold pool outside of the sauna. The O'Learys restaurant at the hotel had good food. I was looking forward to breakfast and even though the food was good, the experience was quite overwhelming since it was so crowded and super noisy with all the families and small kids.

It was an excellent location and the grounds provided perfect sledging conditions, the communal sleds by the front doors were a nice touch! The cupboard with heating to dry clothes was really useful - as a family of 4, a few more options to dry clothes and shoes after a day in the snow would be helpful!

Breakfast was good, multiple options provided. The location was good after hiking Karhunkierros and the environment was peaceful. Check in and out was fast and efficient.

It was not new but it was worth the money paid.

Friendly and understanding staff, and delicious breakfast especially scrumbled eggs.

Our room was spacious,clean with nice views and a large sauna. The kids and adults loved using the pool in the evening.

It was in a good position - big grounds close to a lake with walking trails and was convenient for the airport - which is why I was staying there.

The children loved the pool, the family room was spacious and it was competitively priced for the area. There area is lovely and there is ample parking.

Room was bigger than expected. Good location near to main outdoor activities. OLearis resrourant fiod and service was exellent

“Big place with lots of facilities”

A lot of activities are available. If you use them, it will be good value for money. But we only used it as a B&B to get to Kuussamo National Park. And then it is rather expensive

The pool should be available earlier. Electricity wasn’t up to date.

“Go there if you can get a room below 100€”

The property is well past its best before date. Looks and feels outdated and messy.
