We found our stay here quite disappointing. Breakfast at 9:30 is far too late for travelers who are just staying overnight and continuing their journey, making it very inconvenient. On top of that, we weren’t able to use our own toilet, and the downstairs facilities were not accessible today. Altogether, this has been the worst experience we’ve had in a while

“Excellent location for the little league field, fantastic customer service.”
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to check in with ease, have a comfortable room, and enjoyable stay. Every request we made was met with kindness and solutions. The breakfast was ample with a variety of options that met the needs of all. Overall, simply fantastic and more than met the needs of our time in Kutno.
