“Amazing host and great property”

This place is amazing!! The property is very nice and clean. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. Great views. Great laundry machine. And most of all of the host is amazing. He went above and beyond in so many ways and was so generous. Hope to come back one day!

The host is friendly and talkative, and the guesthouse is clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

“Outstanding”

The perfect place for outdoor activities in the Kutchan / Niseko area also in summer/autumn. I was there for hiking - and Kimi (the owner) brought me to the trailhead of Mt.Yotei. The neighbourhood is very calm and it’s a perfect place to relax. On the other hand the heart of Kutchan’s nightlife and a lot of restaurants are not far away (a car is not needed). The SLOPE provides everything what a cyclist or a hiker needs

“Incredible stay in a highly comfortable house”

This is an awesome place to stay in Kutchan. Conveniently located: 5min walk to convenience stores and restaurants, 10min walk to the station. It is technically a guest house, but the property and amenities are brand new and/or well-maintained, and so incredibly clean that it feels more like a high-end vacation villa. The owner is also very pleasant and will give you advice and recommendations for your visits in the area.

Very nice place with a beautiful view on Mt Yotei. Very clean and cozy. Owner was really great and had a good time with a lot of food and good conversation. The owner even drove to different places to drop me off. Free of charge. Would recommend to anyone!

“Simply Exceptional!”

We really enjoyed our stay at Slope. The room was spacious and everything in the building was extremely well thought through with amazing attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home and was warm and cozy after a big day in the snow. The facilities were exceptionally clean, and Keni the owner was a wonderful host. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, drove us to the nearby ski slopes for free, and even drove us to our next destination about an hour away (for a very reasonable fee) after we realised the public transport there wasn't going to work out. I would stay here again myself and would absolutely recommend others to stay here too.

The house is carefully designed and prepared. It feels cozy and welcoming and it has everything you need for your stay. Kiki san is the best host I have ever had, he is an amazing man. Welcoming and kind, he went that extra mile for me to make my trip incredible. Driving me back and forth to rent skiing equipment and then dropping me at Niseko for my ski day. He also takes care of dropping you at the station and taking care of you.

“Best stay in Japan”

Beautiful place. With nice views on the mountains. SLOPE is a great host.

The owner is doing all to help you. He books tours for you and brings you to the meeting point. You can do a lot around there: hiking, rafting, kayaking. You can take the bus or train and go visit Sapporo or Otaru. There are many restaurants close by. They even have a nice museum about the natural history. The house is clean and spacious.

Excellent Host, very clean and moden apartment, full equipped kitchen, good location, nice decoration.... We have two small folding bikes and planned to do a round 羊蹄山 cycling. Kimi is so nice to propose us use an e-bike that make the trip easier. It is a good bike, My wife enjoy it very much. Thank you Kimi I would highly recommand SLOPE and we will surely be back !

Slope is the best guesthouse in Niseko! It is very clean and convenient. More importantly, House owner is super nice and friendly. At beginning, I planned to stay only 3 nights, but finally I extended the stay to 2 weeks. What’s more, I made friends with other guests here. In a word, I strongly recommend SLOPE. Next time I will choose to stay here too.

Everything was well. Incredible stay, I like so much! Within a walking distance from Kutchan station. Very clean and quite, all equipment including wash machine and dryer. And more than that, the owner is just super nice.

Everything is well-designed here and the host Kimi is super hospitable! Can not imagine staying in a guest room with more heart-warming and relaxing experience. No. 1 choice in Kutchan no matter your stay is for white or green season!

Kimi was the most hospitable and conscientious host I could have asked for. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was also extremely organized and had maps of the local area with restaurants on it as well as a detailed bus schedule! The room and common areas were very clean, enough linens were provided for my entire stay, a safe space in the garage to store my board and dry my boots and beds were super comfy after a long day of snowboarding. The stay had a clean kitchen for use, a cozy communal area (with a nice controlled wood stove for extra coziness!). Hanazono resort and the train station are a very short drive away. There are grocery stores and convenience stores all within a 10 minute walk as well.
