Our family went for the final season and the accomodation was cheaper than the peak season, location is just next to the Rythm Shop to hire ski stuff, very close to lift access and there is a convinent store nearby. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, good space for kids to run in the living room, facilities are all working well, we had a very nice stay for this trip. Staff are friendly and we'll come back again !

I highly recommend this accommodation. It’s conveniently located close to the mountain, with many great restaurants nearby. The room itself is extremely clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, offering a complimentary shuttle pickup from the Welcome Centre to the accommodation and back. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the King Gondola ski resort. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

“Great people, helpful and central location to hit the slopes early”
I came early season. The staff were awesome. They helped a lot with my travel to the mountain and actually went out of their way to drop me to a train station for me early departure. Location - in between the Ace and Long gondolas. Both 10 min walk max. Food v close. Room big and clean and washing machine inside. Honestly didn’t need anything more in my 5 night early season stay. I wanna come back!

“Beautiful apartments on the slope”
Beautiful apartments right by the ski lifts. Super comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Storage space for our gear below was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the location and wished we had longer there. Passes were waiting in the room on arrival too which was amazing.

The exceptionally high review rating is well deserved. The apartment unit is clean, spacious, has all the amenities needed for the stay. If one wonders how it feels like to stay in a cozy winter holiday home overlooking scenic Hirafu slopes, this place provides you that experience. Seriously if we could give the higher rating than 10, we would.

“Modern, spacious apartment within walking distance to the Hirafu gondola”
Modern apartment on two floors. Well furnished. Large enough to accommodate six adults comfortably. Walkable to the Hirafu gondola (see more about this below). Walkable to grocery stores. Close to many restaurants. The management team was very responsive, and they were all native English speakers.

“Fantastic location, great home”
Amazing place, nice and clean. Full service from arrival to check out. Very responsive company and everything can be arranged through niseko Central. The Condo is the closest you can be to the gondola. About 5 mins walk and it was ideal. Space to keep snowboard gear downstairs, and even washing machines and drying machines to use free of charge. The flat has full heating and wonderfully comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and support from the team before arrival to ensure lift tickets, rental etc were all prepared in advance. A great location with walking distance of the ski lifts, onsens, restaurants, bars and supermarkets and good size room.
