“Amazing view and cozy hotel”
Spacious room, amazing view! The receptionist (Indonesian lady in hijab) is very kind and accomodating to us. The hotel is really great, hopefully we will be back in winter!

“New with amazing views”
New, spacious with fascinating views of Yotei. Lounge access was worth the cost with minimum people and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the in-room onsen bath as well.

Hotel room and facilities were in excellent condition and very well-kept. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant which made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful scenery all round and overall excellent value. Will definitely return.

Staff was generally polite and helpful. The onsen was great especially the exceptionally zen music and ambient. Location is great being a semi ski in and out hotel. Ski locker area is spacious and the locker is easy to operate and with generous size.

“Loved our time at Nikko, great for families and highly recommend for a snow escape”
Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially with children. Rooms were very comfortable and location was superb for getting around. Onsen was a fantastic way to unwind as well as the lobby bar. The ski lockers were really handy for getting on and off the slopes with easy access to our car. The convenience shop was a nice touch too

“Awesome comfy stay for a last minute booking. But for a 4 star hotel, could be better.”
Interior of the room was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to sleep in. Almost a perfect design. Could have designated place for shoes and boots especially if wet. Love the washer & dryer in one!
