Good location (Note: we had a car). 5 minute drive from grocery stores (Maxx Value) and local japanese fast food restaurants. Less than 5 minutes drive to Niseko (Grand Hirafu). Host is quite helpful with local advice or where to go do/find things. Our Triple room had a private bathroom, shower and a mini fridge. Also had plenty of space to air out sweaty clothes after a long day of riding powder.

“Good stay for skiing - close to shuttle”
Our group of five stayed here while skiing at Grand Hirafu, and we had a great experience. The owner was incredibly helpful, offering pickup and drop-off near Kutchan Station and providing great advice on the best ways to access each resort. The room, while small, was cozy and had a lovely view. T hank you for accommodating us!

stayed room only, so no breakfast. very friendly staff, very informative about local bus times, convenience stores etc. traditional hotel so sleeping on Japanese mattress on the floor. good heater (was in ski season)

“Comfortable place to stay in Niseko”
The highlight of my stay here is the magnificent view of Mt. Yotei from my hotel window. It was so beautiful! I stayed on a private room with tatami style bed, very spacious and you get to have your own fridge and private bathroom. It was comfortable and I had a very good sleep :) The room is also equipped with heater to keep warm during winter. The location is 2-4 mins walk to the nearby bus stop, restaurant and 7-eleven. Quiet neighbourhood away from the crowded centre. Grand Hirafu Base is 15 mins travel by bus from the hotel. The bus comes every hour so make sure to check the bus timings and plan ahead of time. Also, Mr. Sato is a friendly host. He speaks good english and he offers free transfer (by request) to Kutchan Station, but you need to arrange it with him. Would recommend and will stay here again when I come back to Niseko!

Owners very helpful, can always ask them if u have any questions. Location is amazing, for ski area bus stop to it is 2 mins walk away, or can walk to ski area in 30 mins. 7/11 2 mins walk away. Rooms are quite big, and got everything you need, price is very reasonable

The owner is very friendly . He picked up us at the bus stop and he droped us off to Hanazono ski resort that far from the hotel 5 minutes by car.We can see the mountain clearly next day.It is very beutiful.

Sato is very friendly and helpful. Picked me up from Hirafu Welcome Centre and assisted with my departure to Kutchan station. Space is spacious, location is close to 24/7 7-11 and free shuttles to Niseko.

“100% would stay again if I go back!”
The host Sato was extremely nice & friendly. He let us check in much earlier. We also needed to use the kitchen and he got everything ready for us. The place was very homely, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
