The property is very tidy, they come to clean every other day and all facilities kept well. The position is good , easy near the station , with parking and konbini and big grocery store just minutes walk.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with good kitchen facilities that made the stay comfortable and convenient. It’s in a good location, particularly if you have a car, as getting around was easy. One downside is that the rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy. During our stay there was constant noise from passing trains, a building site opposite, and snow-clearing vehicles early in the morning. However, when we raised this with staff, they were helpful and moved us to a quieter room, which we appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with good facilities, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the front of the building.

It's clean and new. White everywhere. They had a locker to store my bag outside before check-in, though I had to ask specifically as this was not offered.

Very modern, well located as the train station and co-op were close by. Electronic check in was easy to use. Quiet and comfortable.

This is my second time staying at the property and it just as amazing as the first time. As mentioned previously the location is amazing and the host is excellent and very receptive to feedback. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location, great facilities

Had a slight inconvenience when arriving to the property but the team handled it amazingly and quickly. Great location, nice facilities and our room had a great view. Would love to stay here again.

The property is spotless and rooms are serviced regularly. Everything you need is there, plenty of fresh towels etc. Also good information on how to get around the area. A good sized area for skis, boots etc. Washing machines and tumble dryers are on site with detergent included for ¥300 about £1:50. If you need anything just contact them through the app and it will be sorted. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was super easy to find as it is just past the Co op supermarket. Check in was a breeze and the house is very well kept, it looks exactly like the photos. Nice view of Yotei from my room. Having a private bathroom and toilet in my room was excellent and definitely sets it apart from other properties available in Kutchan. Was also great that each room had electronic locks on the doors. Host was super accommodating and replied quickly when I had any questions. Everything in the property is labeled clearly in English and there are many helpful signs around the place. It is great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!
