Excellent staff and the unexpected free taxi facility (for just the Grand Hirafu area) The apartment is right in the middle of the town - 50 - 100 metres for so many bars. Really convenient and having seen how far out we could have been a definite bonus.

“Unbelievable stay! Couldn't recommend this place more highly!”
Super sweet of them to leave a bunch of food for us in the fridge to get us started -- milk, eggs, bacon, bread, jam, etc. And the room -- WOW. Really impressive. Panoramic view of Mt. Yotei from the bathtub! Dryroom was incredible, staff were amazing, and the bar at the Sushi restaurant downstairs was super nice and convenient.

The location and the accommodations were amazing. Additionally, the local staff were super helpful and the added bonus of the Hinzan Car made it a 5* experience. Also it's so close to the action and walking distance to the slopes, food trucks and all the best stores!
