“Modern and spacious apartment close to the city center”
Spacious centrally located apartment with everything one needs for staying for a longer time in Kutaisi. Modern and well equipped kitchen, living room and a nice balcony. The Centre is only a quick walk away.

Place is nice, comfy, clean and big enough for 2-3 people. Owner is really helpful both check-in and check out was smooth and quick. Definitely recommended!

Great central location walking distance is 5 minutes from the center of Kutaisi , close to shops and restaurants. Nice view of the city. Big clean place. Great communication with hosts.

“Great, highly recommended”
Perfect apartment with a very comfortable location, just walking distance to the city center and despite this very quiet! The apartment is freshly renovated and stylish, spacious and very clean. A/C, microwave oven, toaster, excellent washing machine with washing powder provided. Kitchen is well-equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Reliable internet and smart TV. I fell in love with the balcony with an amazing view :) There is no private parking, but you can park on the street nearby.

Great apartment, very modern, newly renovated. All the necessary equipment is present, our stay was very comfortable. The view is amazing, it is located near the city center, just 10 mins walk, maybe even less. The owner is very helpful and responsive, we had an ovenight flight that was delayed but there was no problem checking in, and he helped the taxi driver to find the location. Amazing place to stay in Kutaisi!

Clean apartment in a new building, great host! I was solo but it could easily cater for a whole family...bedroom bigger and brighter than in pics! Lovely balcony to chill or soak the sun most of the day. 10 minutes walk from.the heart of the city! Loved the small things like the power extension and the washing powder!
