Great place to stay during warm seasons. The weather in Georgia just turned to the winter that day in the middle of December, it was very warm and long Autumn, but nights became colder... Nana is just amazing warm and welcoming person. I had a night flight, and I was expecting to come about 4am, but Nana said it was OK, they will wait for me and let me in, and that saved my day, I had possibility to sleep and go for my 1st walk in Kutaisi late afternoon. It was already cold at night, about 0C, and inside was very cold too, the unit blowing warm air could not warm the room. But about 10am Nana brought me a breakfast and a heater, and I slept in till noon)) and then had a breakfast. If you are a young couple you will be warm, I needed more warm and quiet heater, and I got it. That is the small garden house, the ceiling you can touch your palm. Everything you need is inside, and if you need more, you can ask, Nana brought everything I asked. The thick pancake for breakfast was delishes, I used pan and butter to make it hot and enjoy it very much (I've got the recipe)) The location is just perfect. One step and you are in the garden, breathing fresh cold air in the morning. And 5 minutes walking and you are in the very center. Thank you very much! Wish you good luck and prosperity!

The apartment is very private and has small kitchenette. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was simply amazing ♥️ it was a bit challenging to find but the owner was waiting for me there and everything was smooth

We had a wonderful stay at this property! From the very beginning, Nana was incredibly warm and welcoming, always staying in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and thoughtfully prepared every morning, adding a special touch to our experience. What truly stood out was the effort Nana put into creating a homely and cozy atmosphere — we really felt like guests, not just visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal and heartfelt stay!

“Felt like not to return”

The host was very kind and carrying. The land lady was like motherly. Met the whole family, and all of them were very polite, generous, and kind. Nana was the land lady she was like mother to me. She used to make sure everything was fine and comfortable with me. The flat was fencing and had its own gate to look. Private parking. And there was a terrace where we could go up and relax. The town centre was just walking a distance for 5 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the grate market called Green Bazar. If you are cooking yourself, then this market is the best place to go buy anything you like. I recommend that couple or solo travellers can stay here and feel like their own house. Any help the property own will help you just need to ask them. Add their contact in WhatsApp. It got heating plus air conditioning. TV with Netflix and YouTube and other channels. Grate place good property and facilities. The owner considered my check-in early and late check out. Please, if you are visiting Georgia Kutaisi, then stay in this property and feel like it is own. Just from the property 2 minutes walk down there is a nice coffee and some other food they make very good even there is very good wine.

Very quiet guesthouse in the heart of Kutaisi old town, a stone throw away from the Pantheon and the Colchis Fountain. Nana the guest is so helpful and kind and her Breakfast is scrumptious!
