Irma gives a lot of hospitality and took a lot of care so our stay was amazing! And the apartment is very good and fully equipped

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful and truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly kind and thoughtful host, who surprised us with wine and delicious snacks — such a beautiful and personal touch. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very well cared for, making it feel like a home away from home. We also felt completely at ease thanks to the private and secure parking. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, which made everything so convenient. This place exceeded all our expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone — a perfect 10/10 experience!

I'll be honest, I liked everything! the house is located in a quiet courtyard, away from traffic, where everyone knows each other and is kind and friendly. It will be very easy to find someone to stop and talk to. The owner of Casa Irma is really very kind: she is available for any need and really understands many languages. Great person. Speaking of the house I can say that I was surprised by the size; there is everything you may need including a kitchen with dishes, washing machine and hairdryer. The rooms are very well cared for, with furniture and decorations of good taste. I was really impressed by this, so much so that some decorations I shelved, to avoid any accident. Definitely above my expectations, I felt at home!

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were impressed with the spacious and well-equipped apartment. The host and her family were very kind . We highly recommend staying at this apartment and would definitely stay here again if we come to Kutaisi again. If you are coming by car, it is a good idea to let the host know your expected arrival time as there is a gate on the property.

I have no words , I have been traveled to 76 contries and this was my one of the best stay, I stay 2 nights there with my friend and this place is so lovely and comfortable, The best thing is the host of this apartment, she is very caring to their guests and there are lovely children around there , who speaks very good English, apartment is in a very quit place and close to Colchis fountain, one of the famous place in Kutaisi, I definitely recommend this lovely place.

Lovely little apartment close to the centre of town with everything you'd need for a stay including kitchen facilities. Kindly able to arrange airport pick up after midnight for us, and furnished us with some home made wine as well!

The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect balance of comfort and style. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Sweet Home Kutaisi truly lives up to its name and exceeds all expectations. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this charming city. We’ll definitely be back!

“A cute home in central Kutaisi”

The apartment is very central, a few minutes on foot from Colchis Fountain, in a family-friendly residential area. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Irma and Luka from the host family are super friendly and helpful. We got some hot coffee and even a carafe of the family wine on arrival. They organised airport tranfer for us for the middle of the night as our flight was very early morning.

Stayed there for one week with a family! The host was very kind and lovely by taking care and asking about all the needs during and stay! Was very lovely when they brought couple of times coffee and hachapuri in he morning! Apartment is located in the perfect location too !

Very thoughtful and kind. There were bath robes, soaps, nice design, nice plates, signs were posted along the way so it was easy to find. The hostess responded promptly and politely. She offered us coffee and also grapes from her garden. One could tell the apartment had a woman's touch,namely everything was with good taste. Also very close to the center and at the same time quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Kutaisi and would definitely recommend the accommodation! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, especially the large kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself. The location in the old district of Kutaisi is perfect - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but still very central and just a short walk from the Colchis Fountain. A particular highlight was the hospitality of Irma, our hostess. The communication was always friendly, polite and very flexible when it came to our early arrival. Irma treated us to delicious wine and tasty Georgian food in the evening, including hachapuri, eggplants and peppers stuffed with walnut paste and fresh fruit. It was lovely to spend the evening outside the guesthouse and get to know Irma's family. Unfortunately, we were only there for one (or one and a half) night, but would have liked to stay longer. The mix of location, cleanliness, facilities and above all the incredible friendliness makes this guesthouse a perfect choice in Kutaisi. Thank you so much, Irma, for everything - we'd love to come back!

We stayed one night before flying out of Kutaisi - this was a comfortable stay

We really liked the location of the apartment - it was not noisy, we only heard birds singing in the morning. Inside there is a comfortable bed, a sofa, there is everything for cooking - dishes, a stove. Special thanks to the hostess and her daughter for their hospitality: they treated us to watermelon and their own berry pie, and asked if we needed anything for the house. The hostess also left hygiene supplies: cotton pads for removing makeup, pads - it came in handy, and I am grateful for such attention to detail. The only thing is, we are not fans of this type of shower, and we would like more windows and light in the space, but this was not a problem. We would recommend staying here.
