“Happy land”
Big, everything you need for living, good mattresses, brilliant communication with the owner, two supermarkets across the street, a private park with trees where cheerful children played in the afternoon. Perfectly connected to the city center by buses near the door. It has been a pleasure.

The 2 bedroom apartment is clean with everything you need. Good kitchen, comfortable bed, convenient location close to the bus stop, supermarkets and bazaar. Beso and his family are super helpful, kind and friendly in every aspects. I feel so fortunate to have met them. Beso took his time to show me around the neighborhood, went extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable. Could not ask for more! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Awesome valule for the whole apartment for yourself. Very nice, communicative and fun host. Place easy to find, plenty of parking space, cozy garden view from the window.

“a perfect stay”
We stayed in this beautiful apartment with my wife. Everything was perfect. our host hosted us for dinner with his family in his own house. We had a lot of fun and they helped us a lot. We would like to thank each and every one of them, a perfect family in every way. and we will come to kutaisi again and we will not look for another home. Quiet location with excellent connection to the city centre via nearby bus. There is a well stocked supermarket just across the road. Apartment has comfy beds

“Huge apartment”
It's a huge apartment in the low price. Not far from the main street. An open market with tasty churchxela some 10min walk. All needed things in the kitchen. The contact person was great! All the time ready to answer and help. He was very flexible, waiting for me with keys till evening. Speaking very well English so comunication was really easy. Bed was comfortable with warm bed cover. A towel and a soap were as well. The restaurant I can recommend nearby - cheap, not fancy but with really tasty khinkali and fresh prepared food - Qalaquri Xinkali. With good working WiFi. On the main street. 10min walk. The central marshrutkas station - 25min walk.
