We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast was delicious, the view from our room was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent as well. Kakha, one of the receptionists, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home — like your favorite uncle :) Please keep up the great work!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to sit outside by the river for breakfast. Comfy beds and hot water shower. Convenient to walk to the centre of Kutaisi.

The view of the river from our rooms was incredible; have never stayed in a property so close to a river before. Unfortunately it rained quite a lot during our stay and the water level was quite high, but I can imagine that in better weather it would be really relaxing to sit on the balconies and watch the water go by. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good for the size of hotel, with a proper coffee machine. The owner is very hospitable and greets guests personally on arrival, as well as every morning at breakfast.

Great location, quiet area. This hotel makes special its owner Kakha, amazing person who knows how to make your day special, personal thanks for my birthday breakfast feast. Big terrace with a view to river. Room was clean and big choice of breakfast.

The room was big and clean, and the hotel felt nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing—they speak perfect English, which isn’t easy to find in Georgia. Kakha was awesome! He told us a lot about Georgia and we had a great time chatting with him. Breakfast was good too, and the hotel’s location is perfect.

Very good hotel in a great location. The owner is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay really comfortable. A big advantage is also the tasty breakfast served at flexible hours, which is very convenient while traveling. I definitely recommend it!

The owner Kakha is one of the best people we met on our trip to Georgia, he made us feel like home, gave us a lot of good tips. Hotel is really well located, overlooking the river and a short walk to town center Breakfast is very versatile with lots of choices both Georgian and continental We would stay again and would recommend a 100%
