“Great apartment from which you can see the mountains”

Huge apartment and very stylish. Fridge is stoked with all you need for a good evening in an amazing balcony. I'd really recommend staying here with friends or a group. By the way, parking is simple right besides the house!

We booked this penthouse for one night, but boy, we wished we had booked for more nights! The host zaza is a humble and gentle man. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived and dropped us to Gudauri the following next day. The place was clean and had every little amenity needed for a comfortable stay.

Host picked us up in the airport so getting to hotel and inside was very easy. We landed late - 00:30, it was no problem for him and he was very helpful and friendly. we also took some tours with the host, and everything was perfect, we didn't have to worry about anything. Totally recommend, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was perfect, the host Zaza picked us up from the airport. Zaza helped us a lot during our stay with recommendations of places to visit, also there was a nice breakfast served in the apartment. Would definitely come back there when in Kutaisi

Very friendly Zaza was waiting for us at the airport. He was helping us with different things and was very useful. He have large appartment and we had more then enough space there. In the kitchen was all necessery dishes and kitchenware. The only thing - you should buy oil to cook and washing gel for washing machine.

Amazing place, amazing and helpful host. The owner of this place is a very kind and hospitable person who is always ready to help or guide in the city. He saved us in printing tickets and recommended the best local products from the bazaar. We definantely will stay at this place during next trip in Kutaisi😊

The apartment is huge 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2x balcony. Located 10 minutes walking to the center. But the owner is a win! He has a MB car for 8 pax and offers you trips in the surroundings, mountains, sea, monasteries, etc. He knows the place and tells you a lot of info. He also pick you up at the airport and back any time you need. He prepared for ys a "shashlik" at the beach. This makes our stay amazing. Georgia is beautifully place with great people.

Very large, spacious apartment. Great, huge terrace with a view of the mountains in the distance. The host was very helpful, he was the driver during our trips.

The apartment is very big and the location is very convenient with own parking onsite. Keep in mind it's on a high floor and you will have to go 4 floors up e.g. if you have elderly people in your group. Otherwise a perfect apartment for a family to stay.
