The location of the accommodation is great. It’s situated in a small street, very close to the old city center, with everything within walking distance. There are several pubs and bars just 5–10 minutes away, and the main tourist area is also about a 10-minute walk. Overall, a very convenient and well-connected location.

perfect value for the price payed. good location (center and 24/7 shop are nearby) at the same time it’s pretty quiet. hotel provided everything needed: slippers, towels, shower gel, soap. i checked in even earlier than it was stated.

I had a wonderful stay at Peradia! The place was peaceful, beautifully designed, and very clean. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available for anything I needed. The location was also great — quiet, but close enough to explore the area easily.

“Perfect Stay in Kutaisi”
The rooms are carefully prepared down to the last detail. Contemporary decor, great bed, clean and fragrant sheets and towels. There is an anteroom for the rooms available to guests. The hostess was very helpful because we arrived at the hotel at 2 am and she promptly welcomed us and showed us to the rooms, saying that the bureaucratic part of the check-in could be done the next day, so that we could rest. In short, highly recommended for its excellent value for money and great location.

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Kutaisi. Walking distance to the main attractions. I was able to check in late in the evening without any problem.
