“Highly recommend a stay with Lela at Panarama guest house”

Lela, the owner, was incredibly friendly, generous, kind, helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful garden with great outdoor seating. In season, there would be an abundance of fruit trees. Upstairs there is a balcony with lovely views across Kutasai We were welcomed with a bottle of great homemade wine and chacha to try. The ensuite room was very comfortable, water in the powerful shower was always hot. There is a shared kitchen and dining area accessed 24/7 from the garden. Free tea and coffee provided. Easy 10 minute walk downhill to the center of Kutasai, near to the fountain. There are two convenience stores and bakeries close by. Lela recommended a restaurant on the square by the fountain and it was excellent with reasonable prices. It is located at 18, 2nd Lane, Gelati street. It can be a little difficult to find. Gelati St is on the right of the police station. Go to the top of Gelati Street. There is a Spar convenience store on your right. Keeping the Spar on your right, keep walking uphill. 2nd Lane, Gelati street is about the 2nd or 3rd street on your right. There is a beer shop at the bottom and a sign for Panarama. A short, steep walk takes you there. Highly recommend a stay with Lela at her beautiful place.

I had a very pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with heating and hot water. The kitchen was also very good. There's a small parking area where I was able to park my motorcycle safely.

House is in a cozy and quiet area , so near to the centre, u can be in just 15 minutes just slow walking, beautiful ancient Kutaisi, room was so cozy and clean, has balcony with a fantastic view, for sunsets exactly 💯 so nice choice to stay there ❤️

The best value for money that I got on this trip! The room is really good, it has good AC, there is always hot water and the host is really really nice and it was fun chatting with her.

Everything was excellent: ensuite cosy room for an incredibly low price. The owner was very nice: she replied immediately to my texts and let me check in late in the night very smoothly. Nice rustic setting, very Georgian.

The guesthouse is in a great location, very near to a city center but in quiet neighborhood. Owners are very kind and helpful, everything was great, could only recomend. Thank you! 🙂

The place is tiptop - the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, the AC a blessing on hot Kutaisi summer days. The GH maybe a bit uphill but in a real neighbourhood of the town and on days with reasonable temperatures not an issue. The real bonus is Leela's hearty laughter, conversation and friendship. She is truly exceptional and makes the guesthouse come alive. Didi madluba, l will come back!

Clean and Comfortable private rooms. In a nice and peaceful area. Owner is welcoming and friendly. There is lot of open space and kitchen.

I loved my room here - with excellent views over the city. It was great value for money, with a modern, private bedroom. Everything was very new and clean and comfortable. The owner was also very kind, although sometimes hard to get hold of as she wasn't around much. You are able to use the family's kitchen downstairs as well. There is a supermarker nearby, but no restaurants, and there is a steep walk (but not too bad) down to the city centre.
