“Centrally located modern apartment with a very hrlpful owner”
Beautiful modern apartment with all necessary amenities. Very centrally located, 8 min walk from the central square. Very friendly and helpful owner. We arrived early, before check in. He met us at the apartment and took our luggage. Later he phoned us and arranged to pick us up and took us to the apartment. Our luggage was already in the apartment. Exceptional service. The apartment look down on a beautiful garden.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Since we were leaving early for the airport, they prepared sandwiches and water for all of us — thank you so much! Clean towels were provided daily. The location was excellent, very close to the city center, with restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and a bus and tram stop nearby.

We stayed as two families and booked two separate apartments. While the photos show the apartments as new, they are actually a bit dated. However, the owner clearly works hard to keep everything clean and functional. On the downside: We had a faulty tap in our bathroom. Also, the soundproofing is very poor, so you hear everything(neighbors). On the plus side: Everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. We want to give special thanks for the baby cot and high chair you provided—that was a great help! The location is fantastic. Shops, restaurants, and the historical center are all just a short walk away. Overall, we were very pleased and recommend this place. It's perfect for families with children. Thank you.

Very close to amenities as it was in the middle of the city kutaisi. Everything is in walking distance from the property. The owner is very helpful it’s like having your personal service provider who’s available for your help such a nice gentleman and very respectful person. I would love to deal with him again as his attitude towards clients is 5*

“Convenient and beautiful accommodation”
I liked everything. It had contactless check-in, a small but well-equipped kitchen, very clean, with the sofa made up, a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and the street, easy parking and very close to the city center. Very close to the apartment there were supermarkets and nightlife shops. I would stay again. I must thank the owner for the beautiful hospitality.

Everything was wonderful, the apartment is clean, beautiful, great location, the owner is really good person and was very kind and helpful and friendly . Balcony view is so nice. I really recommend this place it's very close to the Kutaisi famous fountain.

“Comfortable stay, well located in center of Kutaisi”
The property host provided us airport pickup and total trip transport facility, so there was NO difficulty at all, right from the arrival till departure (return) he helped us.
