“Beautiful rooms”
Beautiful big room with comfortable bed and electric kettle, clean bathroom. Big terrace with nice view, green surrounding. Location is in 15 min walking distance to the center, a bit uphill - but no big deal, very close to bagrati cathedral and a nice terrace restaurant. Friendly owner! Communication via translator app - all fine.

We had a great stay! The property is situated on a lovely quiet hill with a beautiful garden and terrace and the room is lovely and very comfortable. The owner was very kind, making us tea when we arrived and doing our laundry for us for a very affordable price. Definitely recommend!

House surounded by garden, very hospitable and helpful owners, clean and new rooms, silence and peace. Really it was the best stay during our trip in Georgia. We stayed there 3 times.

What an amazing place with amazing people. The couple who run the place are just the nicest persons, warms and friendly. The room is really nice and the garden beautiful. Breakfast was so good too. We had such a good time on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view. It's 20 minutes walk from the center but definitely worth it. Thanks you for everything, hope to come back one day !
