We felt like home, the owner was realy nice and always with the smile, even though we were speaking different languages. The place is near the city centre with alot of places to eat and see near by and it is easy to find a place to park on the street near the hotel. We enjoy every moment in Kutaisi. Thank you!

“Perfect apartment very close to centre.”
Perfect spacious one bedroom apartment very close to the centre. We chose it, because it had a washing machine, and the lovely friendly ladies running the place even gave us a bit of washing powder. Really well equipped, super-big double bed, good shower, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Plenty of diners, cafes, pharmacies, grocery, and other shops are all within 2-10 minutes walk. The hosts were very sweet, helpful and accommodating with a few requests that I had. I checked in at a late hour due to some changes in my schedule and the host did not have an issue with that. The apartment is clean and had appliances that made my stay easier. Comfortable bed. Shower heater was a major plus. Internet is fast. Absolutely loved the greenery in the garden it added to the cozy feel of the place.

Lovely apartment, owner is super nice and even though she doesnt speak English, we managed to deal with everything. Great location and easy parking. They even borrowed us a personal scale for weging the luggage before departing to the airport for free.

“I will not come again this place”
There were no breakfast, they rush me and my 4 kids to leave tomorrow before 12, its difficult, and when you ask for time they shout and screem and become very different people
