Very comfortable bed and nice to have a table and chairs as well as a kettle. The location is perfect, close to the bus station in a quiet side street, with lots of shops near by.

Awesome location if you’re planning to explore Georgia — the main bus station is super close, so getting around is really easy. The rooms were clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The AC worked great, which was a lifesaver in Kutaisi’s summer heat. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Kutaisi and want a good base to travel from.

“Great location near the stadium, but poor communication”
I chose this property mainly because it was close to the stadium, as I was in Kutaisi to attend a match. The location was excellent — just a short walk from the venue, which made everything easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest during my stay.

Very spacious and clean room. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they kindly accommodated our very late arrival and organised a taxi service from the airport after our flight was delayed. The guesthouse is very close to the bus station.
