Very nice hotel, clean rooms and the hosts really nice and very good excursions to really beautiful places, waterfalls, canyons and great views.

Very communicative, accommodative staff..helped me check-in at 3am. Offered day transport to Prometheus Cave, Okatse Canyon and Martvili Canyon at a reasonable rate. Nice view from the property. Away from noise.

This place is an absolute Gem. beautiful classic traditional Georgian styling. I had a lovely stay at Lime Hill Hotel. The location is central, safe, elegant and full of charm, with great places to walk, dine and explore. closer to major attractions, shopping and great restaurants, well positioned and close to everything, yet still quite and relaxing. The hotel room was charming and beautifully maintained, the cleanlinesswas outstanding, the rooms were spotless, beautiful arranged, and extremely comfortable. beds were super comfortable. the bathroom is very fancy and nice! everything about this place is charming and enchanting - from the elegant design and relaxing atmosphere to the overall experience. it truly feels like hidden gem in Kutaisi. Their detail was taking care of with warmth and professionalism. Ruso and her husband and their son are amazing hosts- so kind, attentive warm and sweet and always ready to assist with a warm smile. what a lovely family. their attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It instantly felt like home, and we can't wait to come back

Close to Bagrati, above the city center. Quiet private room with bath attached for the price of a hostel bed. A nice older couple have made some rental rooms above their house. Thanks for the glass of homemade wine!

The room was so clean I was impressed. Enough space, hair dryer very important for a girl traveling with a backpack only. The couple of the owners were so kind, polite and friendly although they don't speak English they help with everything. I felt safe like living with my grandparents. Location near the center like 7 min walk but it's a little steep (I didn't mind at all). Overall I would visit again. Great price

The room is not very big, if you plan to stay many hours in it, but it's ok. It was very clean! The bathroom is spacious. There is also a shared kitchen fully equipped and a lounge area. The terrace is very nice. Hosts are very good people, kind and friendly! They also are very eager to provide information. We had very nice tours with our host and we had a great time!

Lime Hill Hotel is a cottage on the other bank of Rioni in a quiet residential neighbourhood. A walking distance from the Bagrati church, a comfortable walk away from the city centre, it offers everything you need if you are there to explore and not dwell in the room. Levani and Rusiko, the owners, will make sure you feel at home. Do book a private tour with Levan if you want to see what Imereti has to offer. The room was small, but very clean. It had all the basic amenities. There's a shared kitchen downstairs and a nice terrace. I highly recommend staying there!

“Beautiful homestay with a huge outdoor area and great proximity to town”

We loved our stay at Lime Hill Hotel! We found the property fine with Google Maps (note that the streets are quite tight, but we were given a parking spot right out the front of the accommodation which was great). The host greeted us warmly (with Google Translate helping us as questions if we needed) and let us wash our clothes for free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the private bathroom was also modern and clean with good water pressure. The rest of the house was also gorgeous (note this is more an extension of the existing house rather than a hotel), with a big outdoor undercover area with a kitchen with appliances we could use and lots of seating. There were great views from both the balcony outside our room and from the rooftop as well. As this is located at the top of a hill, it is a steep walk back from the town, but if you like walking it was totally fine (and took about 15 minutes to walk to the main town). Overall a lovely stay!

You get what you pay for, it was not expensive. Big room with three beds but just me as the guest. Quiet, away from busy roads and had kitchen facilities.

Wonderful place to stay, a quiet location with birds chirping in the morning, even though it's close to the city center. The host also organized great tours. The tours were excellent, they even treated us to homemade wine.
