The place was clean and spacious, with a/c in every room.The host was very thoughtfull and provided everything we could need, from hairdryers to flippers in every room. We were also welcomed very warmly with some local wine. Location was also great. We were very pleased from our stay and look forward to our next visit!

“Perfect stay in Kutaisi”
Perfect place for a night in Kutaisi! The owner was very kind and welcomed us with a glass of the best red wine we had in Georgia! The room was clean and there was a huge terrace. There is also a shared kitchen. Also it is possible to park a car on the backyard that was the most important for us! The location is also in the heart of Kutaisi with many great restaurants nearby.

Amazing hospitality. The location is super central and the balcony is super chill. Sabba was always there for us. We went on Easter and they provided for us traditional sweets and red eggs. It was a very kind gesture. All in all great value for money and our host made our trip a lot easier

the terrace is great, the rooms are ok, great that every room has its bathroom. the main/dining room is pretty small for bigger groups, but we made it work for us. its in the city center so its near every important place.

This apartment is perfect for a company. Nicely situated and comfortable. We had some minor issues but the host resolved them promptly. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

This place is excellent, near to all necessities, the staff is very accomodoting very nice place to leave in comfortable and relaxing, and the best part this place having a big balcony,, its a best for all travellers. I recommend this place when you are travelling to Kutaisi, Georgia. All ancestral place is around in this place, museum is opposite only. And beside at the museum you can having a live band while you are drinking.
