Misha was a great host. He picked us up from the airport and brought us there on time. He was helpful all the time and helped us immiedietly with any issues we had. He even helped us to a little bit of his family wine. We really enjoyed it. The apartment was functional and matched all of our expectations. WE especially enjoyed a small balcony and terrace.

there was no breakfest included. which is ok. it was part of the deal the apartment is very large and well designed. a lot of spaceand very nice kitchen. if you're coming for several days and want to make food, the kitchen has all that you'll need. there is a private entrence with parking for one can. it is a very central area with no parking so this is a large bonus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kutaisi City Heart Apartment. The place fully met our expectations – very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host, Mishka, was truly exceptional. Not only was the apartment perfect, but he also went above and beyond by offering us guiding services. For two days, Mishka showed us the best of Kutaisi and the surrounding area: the Prometheus Cave, beautiful monasteries, and many other sights. Everything was well organized, and the price was very fair. We are deeply grateful for his hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended – both the apartment and Mishka as a host made our stay in Kutaisi unforgettable.

Very good location. Nice house, especially the beautiful garden. The owner speaks good English and very friendly.

Super friendly owner, right in the heart of the center, and great value for money. I would appreciate a better equipped kitchen and doors between the rooms for more privacy. Only single beds are available – perfect for friends, but not so much for couples. Still, the kindness of the owner makes up for what’s missing.

The accommodation is really in the center of Kutaisi and at the same time it is in a calm place with a nice garden. Misha is a very friendly, attentive and nice host, he offered me his home made wine and helped me with visiting of monasteries and he drove me to the airport in the middle of night. Everything was perfect, thank you very much! Madloba!

We were here second time and we really like this place. The apartment is comfortable and well-located and Misha is very helpful and welcoming host. We've even got a home wine from him, and that was great for our last evening during this trip to Georgia. We will come back with pleasure.

Nice and comfortable apartment. It is a centre of Kutaisi, but apartment is in the yard with a garden, so that is very quiet and calm place. The flat is well-euuiped, we had everything that we needed.

Mishka was a really reliable host. He was acting as like my friend from the very begining. Upon of our arrival the weather situation gone really bad, but he equipped our apartment with extra mobile heaters. Furthermore he suprised us with local booze (chacha) and he shared with us some of his local foods as well. I absolutly recommend him as a host.

Mishka, the owner, was nice and seemed to be a genuine person. He treated us with some homemade brandy, which was a lovely touch. For an additional fee (offered in advance), he also picked us up from the airport, which was very convenient. The one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and tends to be cold — especially the bathroom, which was a bit dark, uninviting and could benefit from some improvement. Still, the whole apartment, including the bathroom was clean and functional. Not sure why, but we had to fit duvets into duvet covers ourselves, while pillows and sheets were done already. Didn't bother us too much, but we found it strange. That said, would we stay there again? Yes, we would — without hesitation.
