The room was spacious, location is very close to the city. Georgi was very hospitable, knowledgeable about history during our tour with him. Best place to relax because the place is so Cozy. You can drink coffee at the balcony and feel the wind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The guesthouse was perfect for our short stay in Kutaisi, it was well located to the centre. The room was very clean and spacious and beds were comfy. The owners were very friendly and we felt comfortable during our stay. Can definitely recommend.

A very centrally located guesthouse with a spacious room- lots of space for the 3 of us with a lovely balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the free tour Giorgi gave us to Gelati monastery and Tskaltubo, he was so knowledgeable and generous with his time.

Absolute center location but very quiet street. You can easily park your car on a street. Big terrace where you can drink tea or wine. Room of 50 Sqm let you feel very comfortable.

I really like this guesthouse. This is a very comfortable place with big and light room. The balcony here is an amazing place to while away the evening. The room looks authentic, but it's very clean and everything is in good condition. It was always a pleasure for us to come back and rest here. Giorgi, the guest house owner is very nice, educated and hospitable person. He is very pleasant to talk to and he tries really hard to make your stay very pleasant and comfortable. I am very pleased with this place and would like to come back again

A highly recommended guesthouse - very close to the center, but on a very quiet street. Spacious, clean rooms, with AC, a fridge, good wifi connection. The host, Giorgi, is a super helpful and kind person, passionate about what he does and always going the extra mile to make his guests happy.

I truly recommend the stay in Giorgi’s guesthouse. The host is a lovely person who told us a lot about the history of Georgia and showed us the most important sights in Kutaisi. The apartment is very spacious, clean and neat, Importantly, it is located 5 minutes from the very old town!

Fantastic stay, 100% recommend. Would have extended if I didn't have a train to catch! The room is absolutely HUGE, with fantastic natural light, a massive balcony, and a cozy home-style feel. I particularly loved the touch of the vintage cyrillic letter typewriter :) Wi-fi worked well enough for remote work. Hot water and shower worked well. Was quiet and comfortable in the evenings. Great location for exploring.

It was a very special and different experience to stay in a local house. The room is huge (HUGE!), clean and furnished with vintage items. The house is in a quiet area but only a five minute walk from the White Bridge and the city center. The host Giorgi knows a lot about the Georgian culture. He is also very familiar with the nature around Kutaisi and can be a good source of information on less touristic sites.
