Location is perfect, just a few minutes from the centre. The room was very clean, bathroom as well. Owners were helpful with organising car rental as well as airport transfer. Very helpful. We recommend this place.

Fantastic location and staff, very well equipped kitchen. Nearby streets are calm, but just few steps away from shops and city center. Owners are very kind and supportive, also with organizing local tours. Room and bed are comfortable, whole place is very clean and if you are lucky, you can hear beautiful piano sounds nearby. Nice place, they have terase with nice view ,clean room. Hospitable hosts took care of everything, provided additional tours around the area and further trips.

The terrace was the best place to sit and relax

Very close to the center. The host is very helpful and friendly, he organizes transfers where needed. invited to a wine tasting of his own production. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Very nice terrace with view of the cathedral! Basic apartment, not super cozy or luxury, but you get everything you need for a city stay! Located in a backyard, so safety-feeling was very good!

We had a room, and a shared kitchen and bathroom (to be shared with only 1 other room). The location near the city center is great.

The hosts, they are very friendly and are happy to help. They also picked me up in the airport and brought me to the train station when I left. The relocation is great, close to everything, room was very cosy and quiet. The terrace was absolutely amazing!

The lady who showed us our room was very lovely. We liked the private entrance to our room and the terrace overlooking the town and a church. The room was perfectly compact, having everything that one would need.

Best guesthouse ever! They offered a private car with a driver to accommodate our plans. We really enjoyed the trip with Mamuka. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Petre - the owner, is lovely guy. The contact with him is ideal. He is writing by himself with a lot of questions and tips how to get to the Kuraisi / guest house. Practically everyday he is oraganizing trips for guest, in different interesting places in whole Georgia. Petre is also producing a home made wine, which you could buy and taste on guest house terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as a toilet. As the name of the guest house tells - it's the best place to stay in Kutaisi.
