The owners and their family were all very kind and accommodating, and I had a comfortable two-night stay. I think a longer stay would be possible if there were a microwave and a washing machine. They have a black Labrador, but it’s very well-trained, so there were absolutely no issues. After I checked out, they gave me a ride to the bus station on their way to drop off their child. If I ever come back to Kutaisi, I’d love to stay here again.

First of all, the hotel owner is very very kind and friendly! For me, it makes the trip much better and pleasant. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning view to the Kutaisi city! First I thought it is a little far away from the city center, but actually it was perfect and quiet, surrounded by more nature and local families. I will recommend this stay to my friends and definitely will stay here when we come to Kutaisi again!

The host were very friendly! He gave us a warm welcome and guided us with the best restaurants in town. The view is great and it is definitely value for money. I would definitely recommend this for anyone staying in Kutaisi.

The room is neatly organised and the hosts are very nice. Stunning view from the balcony. We had a few questions about how to navigate through the city and other destinations, which the host explained very well. I will recommend this stay if you are coming to Kutaisi!

You will not get a view like this in all of Kutaisi(no joke!) We loved everything from the location, to the room, to convinience and especially the host, Noda and his wife Elza. They made us feel right at home the moment we entered the property. The room is located on a hill top so you get a panoramic view of the city. The room was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The Air Con worked perfectly. If we ever come back to Kutaisi we will book this property without a shred of doubt. If you are currently looking for a place to stay in Kutaisi and this place is available book it and thank me later.

A true gem for anyone visiting the city.

The owner and his wife are wonderful people. They are very helpful. The location is great and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Everything you need is available. I will definitely visit again.

The host is incredible, Nodar gave us great recommendations where ever we went. If it wasn't for him we would not go to Mestia because google is not giving the right info. Also we tried natural mineral water because of his recommendation. He also has a great dog and a couple of cats. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.
