HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The house was very clean and it is in nice and beautiful location 25 minutes away from Kutaisi in mountains. Iveri and his family is very kind and friendly, his wife made us local chacapuri, and Iveri junior gave us a tour to waterfall, it is the most beautiful place I ever been. If you want authentic and intimate Georgian rest - it is the best choice. If you plan to drive a car be careful until you get use to the road.

Watching the beautiful surroundings from the hammocks under the vines. Iveri is a very nice host and our freshly cooked dinner and breakfast were both delicious. This is a great place to enjoy the countryside with kids as well, they will love the animals in the village and the swimming pool with spring water. Definitely worth the detour from Kutaisi.

“Felt Like Home — Peaceful, Relaxing, and Full of Warmth”

Our stay at Iveri House was truly special — it felt like home, but even more peaceful and relaxing. It’s one of those places where you completely disconnect from the outside world and just breathe. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with so much kindness. Iveri is an amazing host — attentive, friendly, and always there to help with whatever you need. He can organize transfers, local tours, or simply make sure you’re comfortable and happy. At one point, my mom wanted to buy some fresh fruits, and he just took us to the local market himself. That small act alone says everything about the kind of hospitality you’ll find here. The property itself is beautiful — everything is clean, well cared for, and full of charm. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the whole place feels loved and maintained with care. There are cozy corners everywhere — spots to sit in the shade, places to tan, and even a swimming pool for a refreshing dip. Whatever kind of rest you want — quiet reading, sunbathing, or a lazy afternoon by the water — you’ll find it here. The food deserves a separate mention. I’m vegetarian, while my mom loves her fresh barbecue — and they managed to make both of us perfectly happy. My mom got her freshly grilled barbecue made over fire, and I had the most delicious homemade vegetarian dishes and salads. Everything was prepared with love, and you could really taste it. Every meal felt like home-cooked comfort food. And then there’s Iveri’s homemade wine — absolutely amazing. He grows his own grapes right there on the property and makes his own wine. He told us all about the process, and it was such a warm, genuine experience. The garden is also full of fruit trees — when we were there in October, the big persimmon tree (khaki) was heavy with ripe fruit, and it was incredible. The location is a bit outside the city, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful. If you need a transfer, just message Iveri — he’ll either pick you up himself or arrange it

Nice and quiet location, though a bit far from Kutaisi. The hosts were excellent and very hospitable, the surroundings were lovely, and the price was great. They even arranged an airport transfer, which was very helpful.

Very friendly owners (man, wife and son). Very beautiful waterfall. You can go by your self or with the son. The diner and breakfast are very much and very tasteful. Nice pool and garden with lots of seating and relaxing options.

It was a really pleasant stay. The owners are passionate about their work and everyone is really helpful. The waterfall was amazing and overall it was an authentic and unique experience. I highly recommend it. The communal parts and rooms as well was very clean and well maintained.

I would like to thank you for spending a few days in the guesthouse with the very kind owners. The accommodation offers local breakfasts and dinners, which were very rich and tasty with a selection of home-made wine. The adjacent garden offers several options for relaxation, including a new swimming pool with sun loungers.

I’m travelling by bicycle and I had no problem at all to park the bike with the stuff. The garden is wonderful. The family is very friendly and welcomed me with a glass of wine that I could enjoy in one of the multiple hammocks. The house is very big and the room very spacious with the mountain right in front of the window.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. One of the highlights was receiving a bottle of his homemade wine—it was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture before departure! The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of the city. I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time—so calm, so relaxing. Behind the fence, cows roam peacefully, and you can hear roosters and all kinds of birds singing—it’s like a little piece of countryside paradise. This place is truly perfect for resting, recharging, and enjoying nature. Wishing Iveri a fantastic season ahead and only the kindest, most respectful guests. Thank you for everything! : )

“Very nice, Village, very kind host family and neighbours”

The family is super friendly and kind. You feel you are at your home. My daughter was using crutches, and all the rooms were on the first floor, thus, they gave us their bedroom on the ground floor. The location is great inside a small village with a nearby waterfall(800 m) to overcome the summer heat. You will be charged 20 GEL to take you there. The weather in early morning and evening is very nice, during the day it was a little hot,however, there is a breeze in the garden and rooms are equipped with AC. The pictures match the reality. Very clean house, and we had no issue sharing the two bathrooms. Good breakfast (they charge 25 GEL and 35 GEL for dinner). All that you need, they are keen to provide. My daughter (13 years) enjoyed her nights here with young children and neighbours who gather every night beside the house playing guitar and singing georgian folks. We changed our plans and returned for an extra 2 nights. They offered us staying in the house after checkout until our flight in the evening.
