We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely house in Kutaisi. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He greeted us with homemade chacha, a traditional Georgian drink, which was a wonderful touch and a great way to start our visit. We spent some time chatting with him about the area, and he shared so many interesting stories and insights about the local culture, history, and the best places to visit around Kutaisi. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere. The location was also perfect, providing easy access to the main attractions while offering a peaceful environment to unwind. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the charming surroundings. What really stood out to us was the genuine hospitality of the owner – his kindness and warmth made our experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and it truly felt like we were visiting old friends rather than just renting a place to stay. He even recommended some amazing local spots to explore and made sure we didn’t miss out on any must-see places.

We stayed at the House of Greenery for 2 nights, family with 3 children. It is a lovely guesthouse situated in a quiet alley. The owners were welcoming, caring for all our needs and answering all our questions. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a huge living room, large bedroom and a large and convenient kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The location is perfect for exploring the sites around Kutaisi. Highly recommended.

A great apartment with a beautiful private garden!! just a few minutes walk from the city center. The apartment is fully equipped, with a good air conditioning, a huge fridge with freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave. The bedroom window is facing the garden, which is a great view to wake up to! But the best part is the friendly host family and the tremendous hospitality from their side: I was offered a ride from the airport, which is about half an hour away, on my arrival I was given a bottle of wine. During my stay I was given a variety of the best pastries I have ever had, from the local Georgian cuisine of course. I had to ask for smaller portions-as it was too much for me to finish:) It was a one of a kind experience, and as a frequent traveler, I have never encountered anything remotely similar. I highly recommend it for your stay in Kutaisi.
