We had an amazing stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to everything — restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport were all within easy walking distance. The flat was extremely well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Our host welcomed us with his own homemade wine, which was such a special and personal touch. He is a true host who genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel at home from the very first moment. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The advantage of this accommodation is 3 separate bedrooms, it is located in the city center, so the main entertainment, market, restaurants are nearby. The hosts were kind and welcomed us late in the evening. It is important to note that this is an apartment with an authentic interior, old furniture, but we liked it.

The space was well laid out and clean. The kitchen has plenty of cookware for preparation of a meal for 5. Bonus is the location. The Gelato directly across the street was really good and open late. The hosts were super easy to communicate with.

Excellent location and fantastic hosts. They made sure we were very comfortable at the property. Very spacious with the three bedrooms. Strong air conditioning. One of the double beds was a little uncomfortable, the other beds had extra padding and were fine (we didn't ask for an extra pad because we had a short stay, but I'm sure the hosts would find one for us, they are very kind). We would stay again.

“Atmospheric and comfortable family apartment in central Kutaisi”

This is a lovely apartment with enough space for a family. It has three separate bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a kitchen with a gas stove and a generous amount of dishes and pots, and a single bathroom (toilet and shower). It is located in central Kutaisi, with a LOT of various restaurants within an easy walk, and yet very quiet. The beds are rather comfortable, too. The air conditioner in the kitchen is strong enough to cool the entire apartment. Being inside a somewhat older building, this apartment has character.

This apartment has a superb location at the center of the city. You can park at the courtyard but at the evening there are usually parking places available along the street too. So we just parked on the street. Apartment is at old building with high ceilings. Thanks to this and windows at both sides of building we didn't need a AC during whole stay. You can dry your clothes at courtyard and greet neighbors while doing it :) There are lots of dinnerware to use.

Apartment was centrally located but quiet. Very clean and all linen provided. There was a working hairdryer and AC (in the kitchen).

the flat is spacious, but there is no living room and the bathroom is also relatively small. High ceilings and location is great, we even enjoyed playing piano... Hosts were helpful and available when necessary.

Great location, just right in the city center near to the park and famous Kolkhida Fontaine. Beautiful and cozy apartment, fully equipped, convenient bad, enough space for everyone. Great owners, which will reply to all your questions immediately and can provide you with excursions and car service, f.e. airport transfer. We were happy to stay there! Highly recommended!

Perfect location, high ceiling, very clean. The house is a lot more impressive in reality than you might expect from the photos. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. Would gladly visit again 🤩🤩
