“Great value and service in the best part of Kutaisi.”
The room was comfortable and clean. The owner VLadi was always available for help or advice via WhatsApp and arranged transfers to and from the airport. The location was in the centre of everything you need to see and do in Kutaisi with good bars and restaurants close by as well as the cable car.

“Absolutely perfect.”
Vladi is an awesome host. Location is absolute 10/10. Tucked in a quiet little street in the middle of the city and everything is close for whatever any traveller would need. Vladi also makes the greatest suggestions on where to go eat local etc. All the places he suggested during our stay are all bangers to say the least.

Everything was super clean and tidy. The hosts were great—always around and incredibly friendly. They were more than happy to help with anything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The property is located in the heart of the city, in the quiet street. There are many markets nearby, everything is close. We went everywhere on foot. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay! Definitely worth the money.

Close to centre, comfy bed and great shower despite the shower head having a little crack..,air con was great as it was very hot!! Was able to leave my bag to go exploring next day, very friendly staff
