“It was good for out short stay.”
Short walking distance from the old town. The owner/manager very helpful. We stayed only till the night flight, he took us to the airport at night.

Hotel is always amazing. You have everything you need e.g. air conditioning, fridge, warm shower, TV. Hotel is located close to city centre. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. And their dishes and wine are delicious. Highly recommended hotel.

There were warms on the bed cloth. A Big NO for family with kids Staff was not welcoming . Whatever we ask we didn’t get proper reply. Black warms were seen on the bathroom everywhere. Water was coming out from the drainage area.

“Unexpectable place to stay”
Looks not very special from outside, but is very nice inside with a lot of wood, wooden floors, carpets... Beds were comfortable, towels clean and fresh, service friendly and helpful, Wifi working well. Breakfast prepared by owners is outstanding good and a lot!!! I would book again.

“great stay in Kutaisi”
The villa is a great structure with all the commodities. The staff is lovely and they were attending all our requests. It is walking distance from the old city of Kutaisi. Homemade breakfast, suitable for vegetarians.
