“Comfortable stay with easy walking distance to town”

“Great value for money!”
I was so happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly, approachable and helpful, and my room had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed. The combination of the hotelshop selling exellent local wine + the spectacular view from the roofterrace is the real asset of this hotel though, so make sure to spend at least one sunny evening here at you stay. Also, my car was safely parked in the private parkingspace, and most things in Kutaisi were within walkindistance, - I strongly recommend this hotel, if you are staying in Kutaisi👍🌞

1. Location & Accessibility The hotel is situated on a slight hill, but the location is absolutely perfect. It offers a peaceful environment away from the noise, yet it's within easy reach of the main attractions. 2. Room Comfort & Cleanliness The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I highly appreciated during my 8-night stay. 3. Value for Money The rates are very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and services provided. It offers great value for both short-term and long-term stays. 4. Friendly, English-Speaking Staff The staff are professional, kind, and speak English well. Communication was never an issue, and they were always ready to help with a smile. 5. Breakfast Variety I looked forward to breakfast every morning. It’s served buffet-style with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. 6. Fantastic Terrace for Work & Leisure The terrace was my favorite spot. It’s an ideal space to get some work done during the day and a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening. 7. Stunning View & Atmosphere The view of Bagrati Cathedral directly from my room was breathtaking. Hearing the gentle sound of the church bells added a special, serene touch to the overall experience. Overall: I stayed here for 10days while working remotely, and everything was beyond my expectations. It may not be overly luxurious, but it is a place where you can truly feel the warmth of the people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi!

“Friendly Staff and Nice Rooms, but Limited Facilities”
I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of choices available. The location of the hotel is good, as it is close to the city centre. In any case, transportation is very easy since Bolt taxis in Georgia are extremely cheap. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the room decoration, which was modern.

“Excellent value for money.”
The hotel was clean well maintained and well run. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped, tv, a fridge and kettle, wardrobe and drawers. The toilet and shower worked properly and were spotless. An added bonus was the small balcony with excellent views over the city. The terrace bar on the top floor was reasonably well stocked and was a pleasant environment in which to spend an evening and look out over the city. The morning breakfast was more than adequate and all the dishes were well prepared. Can recommend.

Nice location, good views over Kutaisi. 10 minute walk to the centre so nice and quiet. Breakfast is decent, but not amazing.
