The apartment is very nice and stylish, there's smart TV so you can watch Netflix or YouTube. It was calm and quiet at night so we could rest well. It's very close to all things worth seeing in Kutaisi. The host was the kindest person we've ever met during our trips around the world (and we visited a lot of countries before). We hope your health will get better and we'll meet once again during our next trip to Georgia. 🙏 Definitely 10/10.

Nice stay. Rooms were very big, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Hotel staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable. As we liked the hotel the first time we stayed, we returned to this same hotel a second time, one week after. Highly recommended!

Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this extraordinary hotel. It is beautiful. You feel like you are on the set of a period drama film! Our room was huge, with a balcony, and very quiet too. This was our very favourite accommodation on a Georgia trip included many quality places.

This hotel is a real gem. We came back to Kutaisi for a second night and were very lucky to be able to stay at this hotel again. The room is huge and features a nice balcony. It is super close to the center and the staff is nice. The bed is also very comfortable.

“Sleep on a cloud”

Room was fantastic, bed was like sleeping on a cloud very beautiful place and very short walk to center. I will definitely look to stay here on my next visit.

The hotel would deserve an 11/10 score, it is like entering a dream home of a different decade, the room is huge and extremely nice, the bed is very comfortable and the balcony is very cozy. The location is also perfect, vefy close to the city center. The host is also very nice.

“Vintage luxury, comfortable :)”

An extraordinaly spacious room, a friendly helpful host and a large comfortable double bed (finally even the comfortable pillows, which are often too stuffed and hard in Georgia) and balcony. The bathroom with toilet also incredibly huge. Strong air conditioning was helpful (the temperature 35 degrees Celsius in July outside in the city area). The hotel is located cca 10 min from Colchis fountain and you can leave the car in front of in the street.

“Comfortable stay in central Kutaisi”

Fabulous suite with comfortable bed, huge bathroom and terrace. Walking distance to centre and great restaurants as well as supermarkets. Host very friendly, even kindly located some headphones we left behind so we could pick them up.

Great location not far from the centre. Room was very spacious with a balcony. The room itself was beautiful with traditional decor.
