“Pleasant overall, with a minor drawback.”
The guest rooms are all located on the 9th floor. They offer a good view. My room was spacious enough. The mattress was fine. The refrigerator worked well. The surroundings are not noisy at night.

Very pleasant stay! We really enjoyed everything. The reception staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. The view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was also good and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

“Very good value for money”

Coffe for breakfast was only instant. Dirty tables, breakfast not ready on start, water fnot hot enough for tea, etc.

“The good modern hotel not far from the center”
A good modern hotel. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view from the window. Quite acceptable breakfast.

I had amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment i arrived. The room was clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything i need. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night . I slept really well. The location is also great, close to everything i needed. I definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Very convenient location. It was easy to explore both Kutaisi itself and its surroundings. I would also like to mention the view of the city, which is very good.

“Central hotel with a good view of Kutaisi”
Room was quite OK, breakfast was average but the panorama from the top floor is quite nice. The place looks a bit dilapidated from outside but the inside is far better. Glass elevator is not for those scared of heights. There is convenient parking nearby and you are 5 minutes walk from the central square.

This hotel underwent a thorough renovation and all rooms are equipped up to the newest standard, while taking care of the comfort of the guests. Great breakfast in a restaurant with a view. (You can eat for lunch and dinner there too).
