Great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, with a great view of Kutaisi. There was a parking for 2/3 cars. I can recommend this hotel, great value for money

“Great option in Kutaisi”

Great staff, and good service, flexibility and support all the time

The electrical outlets were inconveniently located; there weren't any near the bed. There was a leak in the bathroom. We missed breakfast, even though it was included in the price, because it started late and there were no free seats at the table! We were asked to wait 20 minutes (while we rushed to the airport). The staff was polite, but everything was very disorganized.

All was good but need to improve the breakfast, and put a curtain in shower so the water stay in shower and not everywhere in bathroom

Probably when you think about properties in Kutaisi, this hotel is high standard. Very nice and helpful staff, good and fresh breakfast. In rooms you find everything you would need. In comparison to other hotel I have been in, this one is of course not really challenging, but you have to think about the level of life in Kutaisi and in that point of view Orange Hotel deserves just good words.

The accommodation was OK, to the city 10 minutes on foot, the beds were quite comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly

The orange hotel asked me to cancel the reservation because of the snow on 31/12/25. So it was very difficult to find another hotel because the same day we traveled from tbilisi to kutaisi. Late night we found a hotel more expensive and without breakfast. First of all the snow falled 29/12/25 and second 31/12/25 we went at 18.30 .the hotel was closed but in the area there was electricity.

“Stay Away...”

-Towels had rust marks - Although we explained to the receptionist that there was an emergency and one of us needed to use the rest room ,he told us that we must pay first before he could give us the room. I told him that one of us will pay immediately, but plz just give me the key now. He took his time like he didn't care. Extremely unhuman behaviour. -When we checked out, the same rude receptionist insisted that he ll check the room first and then we could check out . He treated us like potential thief's although the 2 motorcycles we used to go there cost more that his ancient hotel. - The hotel is not 900m from center as they claim. Maybe 2km or more. - The location is remote in a very dirty and unhealthy part of the city. -Extremely poor breakfast
