It's a mid-range hotel, which I booked as a Genius member with an affordable option, and in this case the amount paid corresponded to the quality. Otherwise (without the Genius discount) I think the price exceeds the quality.

For me, it was a place to shower and sleep. My family are typical tourists who check the bathroom grout lines. 🙄 I think it's a nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was very friendly. It doesn't matter that the conditions aren't exactly European. If I were traveling alone, I would have given it a 10/10. But my family complained that the room was cold (for me, it was perfect). I recommend checking if the hotel has central heating before traveling to Georgia. I didn't, but I blame myself, not the hotel. I personally recommend this place.

Quite a pleasant hotel outside of the city centre with quite nice basic facilities. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Nice, tasty breakfast.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found the door locked, I tried to call the reception, but no one picked up the phone. I had to sleep on a chair at Kutaisi airport.👎👎👎👎👎
