“Never, ever book this hotel!”
Reservation made 2 months in advance. After 5h of travel we arrive at hotel and the reception said that the reservation was confirmed because a booking.com system error and they did not have any room available. Different country, language, and culture and we were walking around Kutaisi looking for a hotel to stay. Bizarre situation!!

“Nice Hotel, Big spacious room , great breakfast.”
The location is perfect for the small city of Kutaisi. The room was big, it was comfy and it had a nice balcony with a good view of the city and of the near bye river. On arrival the staff were very helpful.

The location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are big. They have Muslim shower (shattaf) installed in the toilet.

“Average”
The location was very central, free street parking available in front of the hotel. The view from the balcony was overlooking the river and a part of the city. The breakfast was decent, with a nice seating area on the rooftop. Water and coffee in the room was refilled every day. Slippers and robes are available.

“You'll love the view from room and hotel interiors. Don't forget to ask for room with good view!”
Location was great, we had great view to Kutaisi river. Short access to great restaurant and cable car going to kids part up hill. Interior design was mind blowing, it made me feel like we checked in some vintage hotel with old furnitures designs. This was by far best looking hotel during our stay in Georgia.

“Amazing location and amazing elevator inside the hotel!”
The location is amazing. 2 steps from the White Bridge, opposite cable road (also 2 steps away) and very close to the center. The breakfast was very tasty in spite of the fact that it was the same for the whole 5 days of stay. Reception stuff were amazingly helpful! Saved us when we faced the problem with taxi to the airport at 4 am. It was the Easter day and there were no cars on BOLT app as we planed! The receptionist called somewhere and we got the car and managed to catch our flight!! THANK YOU!
