“Good and welcoming hotel in Kutaisi”
A very good hotel! It's located on the hill over the city, but the stairs about 100 meters from the front door will bring you down to the Chain bridge and then to the center in no time. So if you're ok with the stairs, the location is very convenient to explore Kutaisi. The rooms look exactly like on the pictures. The beds are quite comfy. The soundproofing is also OK, we rarely heard the other guests, and the street outside is small and quiet. The breakfast is a buffet. The variety is not huge, but it's also not small, either, and you can find something to eat. The quality of the food is also good. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The view from the balconies and from the terrace is beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfy stay, good location, good breakfast and excellent value for money.

The hotel is on the hill. There are beautiful flowers in front yard. It's cool. And the breakfast was yummy. Everything is tidy and cozy. I was very comfortable while I stayed there.

“Highly recommend!”
It was very welcoming, clean, location was fantastic! Konstantine and his family were so helpful and kind. They helped with excursions and everything we needed. Breakfast was nice as well. It was really near Bagrati cathedral.

I would like to share my experience: the hotel has an ideal location, and the staff — especially Mr. Konstantine — makes you feel like a truly valued guest. They take your wishes into account as much as possible and create a very comfortable environment for you. You will learn many interesting stories not only about the hotel, but also about the city of Kutaisi. In the morning, you are treated to a delicious breakfast, and if you are lucky, you can taste the unusually aromatic mandarins, oranges, and lemons picked right from the hotel’s garden. It was a great pleasure staying with you. Thank you very much 🥰

Very nice room with very comfortable bed and great terrace with splendid view on catedral. Its easy acc3ss to the city by steps . A little bit hard to come back by walk, but you can take a taxi, its very cheap. Nice breakfast and parking place near hotel.

“Great place, convenient, not noisy with a good host family!”
The location is top, right next to Bagrati Cathedral, walk down to the city is also short, though the way back requires some fitness (which we liked). The host family is very friendly and supportive, with a cute dog as well)
