“warm, cozy and clean,”
I landed in kutaisi at 2 AM took a short taxi ride about 30 GEL to the hotel. was greeted by a friendly face who helped me chekin , the room was very warm , clean and i had a very delicious authentic georgian breakfast the next day . i would happily recommend you to stay here if you want to be somewhere close to the airport of kutaisi,

Super nice for stay before or after your flight. The owner was so nice, he was waiting for us till 2am until we arrived from the airport. Private parking and huuuuuge breakfast- we were not able to finish. Recommend ❤️

“Wonderful!”
We stayed here for just one night, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located very close to the airport, which was perfect for our travel plans. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and delicious: a whole typical Georgian breakfast with at a LOT of dishes! Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay—highly recommended, especially for travelers needing quick airport access.

“Convenient distance from the airport”
The hotel is conveniently located near the big road leading to the airport. Zaza, the hotel owner, is very helpful and friendly. Our room met our expectations. Abundant breaktfast !

“Don't stay there in the winter, you'll get cold.”
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night before flying out of the airport. The address on the booking was incorrect. It was very cold in the room in winter. The batteries were working at full power, but the wind was blowing from the windows. There is no heating in the bathroom at all. It was cold there even with socks on. Very poor soundproofing.

Hospitality and the care of the owner. Close to kutaisi airport. He even gave us take away food because we were travelling before breakfast time. Bathrooms are wide. Helped me with the luggage.
