“Good stay”

Good safe parking for rent car. Good breakfast. And minimarket was right next to this hotel.

Quiet neighbourhood, a short enough bus ride from either the city centre or the Rioni train station. Very quiet, decent sound insulation, good wi-fi. The room had pretty much everything required, including a writing desk and a fridge. Much better and bigger than the price suggested.

The three-star hotel had a pleasant receptionist, but the rooms had very neglected surfaces in the bathroom. The black mold was not only in the toilet, but even in the kettle. The owner should change the staff who cleans the hotel. A big disappointment for us, and we booked 5 rooms. Everyone should form their own opinion about the health safety of the rooms.

I had good stay at this hotel and truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and very well maintained, but what made the experience truly special was the hospitality. The director of the hotel deserves special recognition. His kindness, attention to guests, and genuine care created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to making sure every guest feels comfortable and appreciated. You can really feel that this place is run with heart. The team is friendly, everything is organized well, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with true hospitality and excellent service.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, everything went perfectly – the owner personally picked us up from the airport, which was such a relief after a long journey. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations – clean, cozy, and peaceful. Great location and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with heart and exceptional hospitality!
