“Fantastic breakfast, stunning view, and great value for money.”
The breakfast was fantastic: not a buffet, but a lot of traditional and very delicious Georgian food was prepared at the table. Way more than we could eat. An outstanding experience for breakfast included. The view over the city also was stunning, and the location is also good. The owner was extremely friendly.

“Friendly hotel with first class breakfast”
Quiet location with lovely views. Room was very clean and has everything you need. You need to be prepared to walk uphill though. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was simply amazing.

“More than just a hotel”
I usually look for nothing more than a clean place to stay, but this family owned hotel in Kutaisi completely changed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests in someone’s home while still having privacy. You can tell the owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, they are always smiling and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The location is perfect, offering stunning views over Kutaisi, and having a place to park was a huge plus. Our room was nice, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. We also looked forward to the amazing breakfast every single morning, and their wine is absolutely delicious! We were honestly sad to leave. If you’re visiting Kutaisi, stay here. It’s rare to find a place with such heart and soul. Thank you for such a great and friendly experience :)

“Absolutely great value for money”
We stayed here for one night and it was a perfect choice for travelers who visited Kutaisi for one day. The location is very close to the main attractions, and city center. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they speak both English and Russian, which was very helpful. The rooms are simple and mainly suitable for sleeping, but they are very clean and comfortable. Everything was neat and well maintained. The breakfast is served and has a good selection to start the day. The place is absolutely great value for money.

Οur stay at the accommodation was excellent. The breakfast is really delicious and gives you the opportunity to try traditional food. The hotel service is really 24 hours and the owner and his wife are very kind and always willing to help.

Very welcoming family. Amazing breakfast experience with national food. Owners of the hotel are very kind and supportive. Hotel is located close to the old town and in a walking distance to the green market and restaurants.

I stayed with my parents at the hotel a few days ago — it’s located in the way that it is on the hill that whole city is seen and at the same time so close to the center that all main entartainments are close, which was perfect for exploring! We could walk to the center, to the park, fountain, bazaar in 7-10 mins, my parents usually can’t walk to long distances, this time they could!
